My complaint:
Hi there, I never had to write one of these before, usually they are great, however this is the first time we received an order that was not made accordinly.
We ordered a Pan Philly Pizza with Mushroom, peppers and alfredo sauce, with sliced roast beef topping.
Unfortunately our ordered pizza came with,
Italian sausage instead of roast beef.
I called Dominos and the guy said: That is what roast beef looks like, it looks like italian sausage but its roast beef.
I thanked him and googles a philly pizza with roast beef from dominoes, the picture did not show italian sausage, I don’t like italian sausage. I am not happy with this order, what can I do with my pizza now?
Suggested solution:
I would like to remake the pizza, with the right ingredients. If you dont have roast beef I will pay extra for steak, but Im not happy with the employee telling me the itailian sausage on my philly pizza are roast beef bits. Unacceptable. We arent happy with the way the order came or his answer over the phone.
The photo below will show you large pieces of mushroom, green pepper slices, and bits of italian sausage. Unfortunately you won't see any roast beef.
