My complaint:

ordered 6 pizzas online @10.30 for delivery @12.30-12.45 called to see where they were was told by supervisor would be 1 hour delay, when asked why he said we have a bigger order to deal with first, not my problem i ordered mine before even opening so majorly disappointed as i am a regular customer this is bad business. i am having to collect now as this was a client lunch i want my delivery money back a serious apology.

Suggested solution:

i want my delivery charge refunded i would like an apology i will not be using this branch ever again i would rate zero but you dont have this option.
