My complaint:

Hi, tried to place an online order using the dominos pizza app via Amazon Pay. The amount has been charged on my Amazon pay account and credit card account. The order has however not been placed.

Suggested solution:

Either process the refund of the amount charged on Amazon pay account and the credit card. Else place my order.
