Dominos Pizza complaint: Order never recieved August 25th, 2020

My complaint:

I paid for an order on the apo I have a bank statement showing the payment but the store said they never got my order so I never got what I ordered august 25th, 2020

Suggested solution:

refund me if you're not gonna give me my order
