My complaint:
I ordered a 14 piece wing and a philly cheese steak sandwich. I never got my order. I called Dominos and the person that answeted the phone stated thst it was showing that it had been delivered. I told the person i never received my food. This isn’t the first time i have hsd a bad experience with Dominos Pizza. A few months ago i placed an order of a pizza and wings. The guy delivered my food and i have him a tip. When i opened my pizza it was a complete mess. I took a picture of the pizza and sent it to the managers phone. The manager told me he looked at the video of the delivery guy leaving with my order and he did in fact almost drop the pizza. The managet told me the next time i place sn order that he would give me a $10 credit. So i placed an order with Dominos tonight and the person taking the order gives me the $10 credit towards my order i pay with my card and i Nevet received my order.
Suggested solution:
I honestly hadn't thought about how they should resolve my complaint. But, i will not order from Dominos ever again and i am going to contact corporate.
