My complaint:

Twice I have done a online Order and twice I have I waited over an hour for the order to be delivered, Only to be told that they had only one driver and the delivery time would be much longer and that I could do carry out and that would make it much faster. The reason for ordering online and delivery was the fact that my wife and I wanted to spend time at home and enjoy dinner not having to go out. To place an order and wait for dinner then after an hour be told that you are going to have a two to three hour delivery time because you only have one driver is totally unacceptable not just once but twice after you have paid on your credit or debit card expecting dinner to arrive at such time as said on the app. If you cannot offer an acceptable delivery time do not offer it. Make the pizza pallor a carry out only then people will not expect delivery. These experiences have made me a very unhappy customer and I will no longer recommend Dominos to my family and the guest of the major hotel chain that I work at .
