My complaint:

Yesterday Sunday Nov 8th, I called in an order to Dominoes in Hopewell, totaled about $63.00 for pizza, wings, drinks and brownies. the next time I looked at my phone I had an unknown number that had called. I called back and got Dominoes. They indicated that my order that I also paid for on line had been cancelled because they had attempted to call me back and I didn’t answer. They were apparently short on delivery drivers with only one working and felt that they should just delete my order! They called but since I didn’t answer a number I am not familiar they cancelled my order. Of course there was no message left etc. Just attempted to call once and then cancelled. Wow. I won’t be using this pizza place as my go to.

Suggested solution:

They should have back up drivers to come in when short and not let their problem impact their customers.
