My complaint:
I placed my online order at 415 to be picked up at 615 and I did not get my food until 640. I had seven items in my order. There had to have been at least 10 people pick up there food before me. One gentleman had six items in his order (only one less item than me) so I asked him what time he placed his order and he told me 545! Are you serious? What is the point of placing an online order two hours in an advance if it still can’t be finished on time?
Suggested solution:
I think the store should have done more than just keep saying “It’s Friday night!” That would be an okay excuse for someone who hadn’t placed an order two hours in advance. They should have had better customer service, maybe have offered some sort of discount instead of trying to place the blame on it being a Friday night.
