My complaint:
My daughter has been working at this branch for the last months, as a part-timer. Yesterday, 2 hours before her shift (starting @ 5:30 pm) she received a text cancelling her turn (she is making $8.50 hour) without any explanation. I contacted the manager and the owner (Cesar Andrade) and they said they have the right to cancel, which was not a valid explanation for me. Manager was very rude and disrespectful. This is not the first time she has been cancelled on the same day, just hours before her shift.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to be contacted by the Regional Manager to discuss about this, because I am against this type of behavior. Also, it looks like this particular branch, including the manager and the owner, are not aligned with Domino's Pizza standards and image as a company.
