My complaint:
On your website, you have a white box saying special instructions for delveries.
I had no problem with my delveries since I started ordering your pizzas beginning this month.
Last night a delivery driver named Sammy, he ignored my specific instruction for delivering the pizza to my address which I live in my motorhome, I’m disabled and don’t have any source of income. He put the pizza on the wrong vehicle, ignoring the instruction that could lead to missing, lost or stolen pizza if not follow the instructions correctly. Plus your box to fill out for the instruction on the website, I couldn’t fill out deeper information why I need it to be delivered in specific location.
I was trying to buy pizza to survive, was very happy every time I got it. Sorry I wish I could tip, but I’m so broke couldn’t afford to tip.
Since Sammy the driver from 2917 W 38th Ave, Denver, CO 80211 Domino’s and the manager named Ivy didn’t think about my issues that I’m disabled, handicapped.
Sammy he told me that he gonna stop all the drivers from following my instruction and ignore my wishes and drop it off at my address where someone will take the pizza instead of me. He was gonna put me as a red flag for future reference to let them know to not to follow my instruction.
He was very unprofessional by jumping to the conclusion when I explained to him nicely for future reference.
He didn’t even know that I’m handicapped that that instructions was for me to have easy access to get my pizza.
Plus after I explained to him, his excuse was oh it is dangerous to deliver pizza in the alley at night that he telling other driver not to follow my instruction.
I live in a block where millions dollars neighbors are around, and there security cameras in the alley watching Sammy the driver coming in, delivering the pizza in my grandparent’s property at the wrong location not following the instruction, and leaving. Then he tell me it a dangerous neighborhood and threaten me not to follow the instructions….
Suggested solution:
I want Sammy the driver, and the manager ivy to understand where I'm coming from before they threaten me and jump to the conclusion. Remember, customer is always right. So I want an apology from them immediately. Thanks James Llanos
