My complaint:

Having ordered numerous times from domino’s, I didn’t expect such reception. My order was a takeaway order of 2 pizzas. I went to the outlet and paid the amount via g-pay. The amount was paid and debited from my bank account. But the employees said that their system was not working And refused to give me my order nor refund me. When I asked for the manager to resolve the issue they said that the manager was on leave.It was tuesday so i asked for the incharge and they said there was none. Even the employees didn’t try Or want to help me in anyway possible, the kept ignoring me. After almost half an hour when I repeated asked the they gave me a phone and asked to consult with their manager. The manager said that i would get a refund, but when I asked, what if I don’t get the refund she just skipped the question and hang up on me even without listening to my questions. At the end I was not given the pizzas, my refund or a sincere urge to help. My amount was 407.4 INR which is a big amount for me considering I’m a student. It was such a distasteful experience that, I don’t think I’m ever going to touch a domino’s pizza ever in my lifetime.

Suggested solution:

Take the complain to customer care. If required file a lawsuit. I don't care about the money, it's about the disrespect and waste of my time by the employees of domino's.
