My complaint:
I had ordered a pizza vide my order no 284 dt 07/05/2023 at 8.14 pm. This order was not delivered. When we contact with the restaurant they said they are coming but at last around 10.45 pm they said that delivery not possible. Surprisingly in the app they marked it delivered.
Suggested solution:
Even after several massage on app non of them even contacted. When I call to call center yesterday they connect me with the concern restaurant and they are trying to settle this outside. But I want this settlement through system only,
