My complaint:
Walked into the store to order a pizza (keep in mind no one else was in the store) Stood there for 5 – 7 minutes and no one came out from in the back (could hear them talking) to wait on me. I even said hello twice. So I pulled around to the carry out window, rang the bell, same thing. No one would wait on me and there was no one else there. This was 11:05 and they say they are open at 10:30. This is terrible .
Suggested solution:
Should get a free pizza along with an apology. Also, the manager needs to understand the meaning of the words Customer Service.
