My complaint:

We ordered 2 Pizzas on Saturday July 25th in the evening, I repeated our address to the girl who answered the phone twice and then she repeated it back. She said it would be about 12 hour. About ten minutes later a male called and asked for our apt. . This happened 4 times and each time he could not hear me and the phone hung up. The back round noise was deafening. I decided to watch for the delivery. After about 50 minutes or more I decided to call them back. After identifying myself, I told the girl who answered that we had received the calls back and they weren’t able to hear me because of the background noise that was blaring and that we hadn’t gotten our pizzas yet. She told me that that they had tried to call us and we didn’t answer, she then said they even tried to text me ( the number they had for us is a land line).. And then she argued with me that there was no background noise of people or music.So we cancelled your order. Would we like to try it again? NO!

Suggested solution:

As I said, I told them our address 2 times and she repeated it back to me when I made the order. What was the problem? This is not acceptable and even though we have ordered from Dominos in the past with no problems, I don't think we will do so in the future! The charge of $19.79 is pending on our bank account.
