My complaint:
I ordered a pizza on Friday 27th March via the dominos app to be delviered at 7.15 pm (Ilkley, West Yorks). The order did not arrive despite the app stating it had been delivered I understand these are difficult times and was happy to wait however, I phoned twice and each time was told to wait 20 -30 minutes with nothing happening, on the 3rd call after nothing had arrived this was after 9pm I spoke to a girl who said she would arrange to refund me (this would take 3 to 4 days) and would send out new pizzas, these eventually arrived 2 and half hours late and were not as ordered (incorrect bases). I have escalated a complaint via pay pal as the money has not been refunded, please can you arrange to do this as promised. Thank you
