My complaint:
Ordered food online was told it would be ready in 30 to 35 minutes check the tracker said it was delivered in 23 minutes. Had to call the store only to find out it was delivered to another address. Manager says will make food up and send it right back out. Give us 2025 minutes, I was given no phone call. No heads up. No knock on the door. No ring doorbell. Nothing 45 minutes later we go find our food outside in the cold. And there was no dipping sauce, but would you charge for it.
Suggested solution:
I think they should take the food off that I was not given, and maybe a discount for not contacting me, and letting me know that the food was sitting outside in the cold wind. If I had wanted to cook I would have not ordered us Dominos
