My complaint:

I ordered a pizza at 7pm and I still had not gotten it delivered by 830pm. I could see on the tracker that delivery person had gone the wrong way. I called and spoke to manager and he didn’t even say sorry to me. He said my pizza would be delivered in 5 mins. After waiting 10 more mins I called the manager again to tell him my pizza still had not been delivered. Never once did the manager apologize and he was very rude. Saying uh huh when he hung up the phone. And while waiting for my pizza I seen the delivery driver drive right by my house 2 times and never once did they even slow down to look at the addresses. The driver was completely incompetent. And so is the manager of that domino’s pizza. My order was $70. I spend about $300 a month ordering pizza from that domino’s store. I live 5 mins away. I will no longer place orders with domino’s pizza again because of this episode.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I should get a voucher for at least $50. And if they cannot get the delivery address right when they deliver my free meal then I'm done. I will call pizza hut from now on.
