Dominos Pizza complaint: No food and out my money because manager would not give me my refund

My complaint:

Went to the store ordered a bread bowl, a tin pan of Alfredo and the buffalo boneless chicken bites. Waited 40 minutes for it , when I went inside to get it and lets not forget I already paid! But before leaving I check to make sure it was correct. Now one more tidbit you need to know is that it was a manager who took my order .i asked for extra Alfredo sauce and noodles and chicken and i would pay whatever needed. Ok so now i check the tin pan Alfredo no extra’s burnt and dry as a bone , go and check the boneless chicken and it was the same burnt all the way around and the chicken was as small as a penny not at all what I paid for and nothing like there pics. I ask for her to redo my order to my satisfaction and she said no at first then she said it would be an hour and a half and i said bullcrap just give me a refund and once again she said no . We had a few words and finally she acted like she gave me a refund . I asked for the on duty manager and not a sole would speak they totally ignored me then some guy said that would be me never turned around to acknowledge me or anything. All along they were getting more busier , it was quite embarrassing so now its been 3 weeks still no food and no refund! So i call there customer service number and got a recording with dot at dominos, never got a human to speak with. One day while at work I get a call from the Atoka’s store tried to explain the situation and all she could say is this how I spoke to her employee I said yeah but this is my natural voice sorry if I get A little loud next thing I hear is I cant help you clunk. Someone please tell me how to speak to a human to get this resolved I mean its been 3 weeks and still nothing all I want is my money back and maybe an apology. HELP PLEASE!!!! They as mind as well say they stole my money!
