My complaint:

We were promised contactless delivery. The driver stood on my porch and would not leave. When I opened the inner door and said we were told we’d have contactless delivery, he placed the pizza down ly and left, but I shouldn’t have had to ask. My neighbor ordered from the same restaurant tonight and had the same experience.
