My complaint:
I got an email advertising 50% off large gourmet pizzas if carpark delivery was selected and payment online. There. was no code, but it said the discount would be applied. The discount wasn’t applied and I paid full price.
I followed the instructions of the add and selected an appropriate type of pizza.
This is the first problem I have had with Domino’s and the staff were fine, but nothing they could really do once the payment had been made and the pizza had been cooked.
Suggested solution:
I coupon for the amount the discount would have been, which would be half of $18.20. So a $9 dollar coupon would be nice.
