My complaint:
Today my wife ordered pizza at the high Ridge location, when I arrived the pizza was not done and I was told there had been a mix up and it would be another 10 min wait. It was 90 degrees outside and I was in my work truck which had no air conditioner. Due to corona they would not allow me to wait in the store. I waited another 20 minutes in the parking lot just to be told when I went in that they had forgotten my order again and it would be another 10 minutes. I then asked for a refund. This is totally unacceptable service. I will not go back to this location. When my wife called back they hung up on her and when she called back the girl said they could make it but we would have to come and get it
Suggested solution:
Have better customer service and more organized staff
