My complaint:

My order was placed at 6:40pm. I called and spoke with Sean who said he was checking on the order but never came back to the phone. I was on hold for 32 minutes. While on hold I called the store from my daughters phone Sean answered and said he was still checking on the food. I advised Sean that I am still on hold on phone now 30 plus minutes. He placed me on hold again (didn’t tell me he was placing me hold) now I’m on hold with two different phones. Called back spoke with a young lady who didn’t want to provide her name. It’s now 8:30pm and I still don’t have my food.

I would like a refund and an apology from the store.
