My complaint:

We placed a order online I did not receive that order completed we were charged for that order if you look at the below receipt it will show that we paid for cinnamon twist once we realize after the food was delivered that we never received it we contacted the store where my wife spoke with quad dear quad dear I told my wife that they were going to be delivered an hour in 25 minutes went by and it still not delivered the cinnamon twist were the only things that my daughter wanted for her birthday which is today is my daughter‘s birthday so I got on the phone I called I spoke with quad dear in the midst of me talking to him he was Ignoring what I was saying in speaking to a female employee at this time I stated “dear do you need me to come there and we can handle that matter in person and before I could finish speaking quality or stated to me yo you better watch who the f you’re talking to at this time he hung the phone up on me again I called back and I was hung up on again so this time I took my phoneAnd called the store Claudia answered the phone I said the quad here I really don’t appreciate you speaking to me like that and then I’ll be found a complaint with corporate at this time quality or stated to me you don’t give a f what I do and for me to go f myself I find it very unprofessional and I don’t ever plan on going to the Havertown location again I was so frustrated that I picked up the phone and I called the Springfield location on Baltimore Pike and spoke with the matter manager

I would like to store owner to consider employing someone who hangs up on customers and curses at customers QUADEER should have to apologize for the behavior of the way he spoke to me on the phone and hung up on me numerous times I also believe we should be refunded for the cinnamon twist that we never received and we charge for And called the store Claudia answered the phone I said the quad here I really don’t appreciate you speaking to me like that and then I’ll be found a complaint with corporate at this time quality or stated to me you don’t give a f what I do and for me to go f myself I find it very unprofessional and I don’t ever plan on going to the Havertown location again I was so frustrated that I picked up the phone and I called the Springfield location on Baltimore Pike and spoke with the General manager who was very professional and very apologetic for my experience with the Havertown location which I advise the manager of the Springfield location you did not need to apologize because of the way I was spoken to in Havertown he also gave me the advice in the information how to file this complaint I really look forward to hearing from someone because me and my family been ordering from Domino’s for years if I don’t receive anything in regards to this complaint form I will probably no longer purchase anything from any dominoes is the way I was spoken to in the way my wife was treated was totally uncalled for I think what should’ve been done isThe bare minimum we should’ve been refunded I’m not trying to get anything for free it is nothing to do with that I simply wanted what I paid for I don’t expect you guys the fire the employee for the way I was treated due to the pandemic I don’t think that would be fair but I think there needs to be some training in regards to your employees and the way they answer the phone thank you for taking the time to read this message and have a nice night
