My complaint:
I live in Brookhaven Ms. I have been calling Dominos for 3 weeks to make an order. They NEVER answer the phone. Other people I know say they have to call for 5 or 6 hours before they answer the phone. I have to drive 15 miles to town to go into Dominos to make an order in person and then wait 45 minutes to get the pizza! When I get there to order, all the employees are goofing off and playing around and the phones are ringing off the hook and they never even look at the ringing phones!!! This used to be one of my favorite places but it is a joke now! You are paying people to do nothing!! Also if I go online to order it says it will take 3 or 4 hours for the order to be ready! LOTS OF LAZY people work at the Dominos in Brookhaven Ms 39601.

Several free pizzas and tell the employees to answer the damn phone when people call! Do you know how much $$ Dominos is losing???
