My complaint:
Mad rude for no reason. Two different people hung up on me and had unwarranted attitude. I wasn’t upset in asking for assistance with an issue and they threw shade outta nowhere. You’re in customer service; fake it if you have to.
Suggested solution:
Spreading Awareness. There's no point in being an unsolicited jerk. I wasn't disrespectful to anyone even though I was upset with how I was treated. All I expect is that to be reciprocated.
