My complaint:

We are strictly vegetarian and have allergies to meat, beef, chicken, bacon, fish and pepperoni. Each time I place my order, I personally call and inform the manager of our allergies and request the maker to make sure in my order there is no meat on the pizzas.
This complaint is not about one mistake but several. Two times our order of cheese pizzas had baconpepperoni and one time there was hair in the crust of the pizza. This happened in two months! This is CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE AND UNACCEPTABLE!!
The staff needs to be better trained! Customers have food allergies, they should not be disregarded. I do not want free pizzas!!! The manager’s quality check has to make sure the order is done properly before sending it out to deliver.

Also, lately the pizzas are delivered 45 minutes after leaving the store and pizzas are cold! STAFF MUST PROFESSIONAL!!

I strictly suggest not to order from Domino’s and any negligence in your order to complain to City Health department.
