My complaint:
I ordered online on 4620 to pick up from the store in the afternoon, 1.45pm. To my surprise, the store didn’t receive my order and I had to call the customer survive for 15 mins then only someone pick up the phone and I have to wait for another 15 mins for my pizza! I preorder online before I have things to attend to and don’t want to wait in the shop!! I just want and explanation and compensation, software malfunction is not an excuse for a large organisation like yours!
Suggested solution:
I want to get compensated for my time and I’m late for the work because of this and since I have already I had no choice but to wait!!!
