My complaint:

I need help with my last transaction of ₹585 . I paid the amount via Domino’s App and it got deducted from the bank but there aren’t any order placed on any nearby outlet. I checked the order history in the app as well but there aren’t any order. I visited my nearby Domino’s store at Sector 22 Gurgaon and spoke with assistant manager Balraj. The manager denied to help as they have not received the order . He also checked with nearby Domino’s outlet but none of them received the order.

I spoke with his supervisor Mr. Sanjay ( 8920319517) and he mentioned it will be refunded . Please look into this and make sure refund will be processed.

This is really not acceptable being such a popular brand . Please look into this and do the needful.
