My complaint:
on the 25th April, I order pizza online for 660- and after a few seconds, it said order did not go through and got an sms saying refund is initiated.
A few minutes later I tried again for the same amount 660- and the same thing happened – after a few seconds, it said order did not go through and got an sms saying refund is initiated.
I have two reference no on my bank statement that the money is debited and the online numbers dont give much support, they just say no order received so we cant do anything.
im at a loss of 1220- now without any product.
