My complaint:
we ordered a large pan pizza with bacon. it came to $18 dollars and change with a $4.00 delivery charge. then we tipped the kid 4.00 SO for a large pizza delivered we paid out $29.00 or a little under that. Unfair. last time i will pay that much. 4 other pizza places locally would have free delivery or we could have gotten more food for the money.
Suggested solution:
if your not happy with your pricing raise everything a little bit but don't charge customers 4 or 5 dollars delivery fee. no one should pay 8 to 10 dollars just to have food delivered. I will never again. we are in the outskirts of new jersey not manhattan and even there 100's of venders have free delivery with a certain amount of food ordered.
