My complaint:
I called the store to tell them we were missing extra icing and I was told they had it mark down as 1 icing. I told her I ordered extra. She said again I only have 1 written down. Then hung up. I was also pressured to put tip on my card before delivery.
Suggested solution:
They should have gave us icing.
