My complaint:
I always order the same order every time from Dimno’s pizza which is hot wings with extra sauce not Dipping sauce. The lady didn’t understand what I was saying and she charge for a dipping cup. Then when I called and complained the guys disagree with me and tried to blame it on me that I did wrong instead of correcting it.
Suggested solution:
They should fix's me order correctly and not disagree with the customer. They should be more respectful when someone calls in on an order they got wrong! Listen to what the customer has to say blame the Customer for not listening correctly
