My complaint:

We have been going to this store over 7 years.. order the same thing.. and order a pan pizza an thin crust ..told price on phone.. an it’s in our history online.. order after order.. then go wait an wait.. guy only give me ONE pizza an says oh that’s all that came up! So my wife comes in.. she ordered with me setting right beside her in the car.. but now it’s oh you have to pay for another pizza.. I’m like how??? Because we done paid.. so we just got the money back an give them the pizza back.. What happened to the customer vis always right??? Especially when we were right.. they made a mistake an tried to charge us for doing so.. So now we will take our business elsewhere.. The manager would rather loose a sale than correct a mistake.. should have got money back an free pizza.. The date was Dec 10 about 615 -6 30.. this is not very professional at all!

Suggested solution:

Someone needs tip have a talk with that rude manager an explain without customers …you don’t have a business!
