Dominos Pizza complaint: Manager not concerned with customer care and very rude, laughing.

My complaint:

On wed. February 3, 2021, I called to place an order. I was kept on hold fir a long time several times. Each time I was hung up on. So I called on thurs day February 4, 2021 to talk with the manager “Michael”. He explained that he was the only one there working and was only open for carry out. I told him that would have came and picked it up no problem. When he told me that he was the only one working I told him that I understood because I used to work in fast food restaurants. And that I would drop it since I felt bad for him. But I called again on Thursday February 4, 2021 to possibly place an order. Yes it was right at closing, but I thought maybe he would still accommodate me due to what had happened the night before. I have ordered before at 11:59 p.m. on the internet for delivery more than once. And no problem was brought up then. Instead the manager Michael was very rude and thought it was funny. I didn’t think seriously that he would do it but maybe it was worth a chance. And when I told him that I was the gentleman that talked to him earlier. He laughed at me and made a joke out if it. I was willing to wait until tomorrow and find something else to get to eat. But I really didn’t appreciate his attitude and dismissive tone. I told him that I was going to be going to another Dominos for now on. Because I really do like the pizza and wings. He laughed and said ok. Like I was a child bothering him. So this store has lost a customer for good. I live alone and after a long day of work I’m tired and hungry. I have ordered pizza several nights during the weeks for a while. Enough for a free pizza and in working on another. I don’t have a lot of money, but I chose to spend it there. I thank you for your time and hope nobody has to deal with this manager Michael again. Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you. Plus to get it out there about how I was treated. I am having this posted to COMPLAIN.BIZ.

Suggested solution:

This manager Michael needs either be let go (but times are hard right now so I don’t recommend terminating him). Also I am ok with nothing happening in my direction but it would be appreciated for this is the second night I have gone without being able to eat the food that I look forward to all day.
