My complaint:
Made a order for delivery over the phone to the University Blvd. Dominos Store. 2 large cheese pizza’s (no garlic) 1 large pepperoni pizza (no garlic) and 1 large supreme pizza (no garlic) total was almost $50. Up until tonight our order is always the same minus the large supreme no garlic. I waited an hour for the delivery. I immediately open the boxes get plates ready and see that both boxes that were SUPPOSED to be cheese pizza’s are naked. literally just bread and sauce. Instantly call dominions back expressing my frustration the girl says I don’t have to listen to you and hangs up… I call back no answer I figured oh okay they aren’t answering because they can see my number so I call back private the woman who originally took my order answers I asked for a manager in regards to my 50$ order being messed up, me calling to report it and being hung up on… the manager comes to the phone, low and behold IT WAS THE MANAGER, the very same person who hung up on me stating she didn’t have to listen to my complaint, with piss poor customer service skills yet managing a store.
Suggested solution:
I feel number one someone of higher authority needs to go through the many calls Carolyn has had to answer and make sure she isn't running customers off. This was a manager, not just regular staff this is someone the other employees should be able to look up to. I would hope Carolyn seeks a job outside of having to deal with customers. As far as how dominos would actually resolve this issue, I doubt anything would be done. We're in a pandemic where lots of Americans are either scared to go back to work or just won't, so everyone is digging at the bottom of the barrel hiring anything regardless if they are qualified and able to do the job. Send her to training, fire her take my 50$ out of her check do whatever I won't be back.
