My complaint:
I worked for 1day being the odd ball out I was hired for delivery, my deliveries were being stolen by another employee when I tried to address the issue I was told by the manager Maddie Haskhill to try and tell on her it’s her word against mine and they won’t believe me! Isn’t it audio and video recording in the store. She continued to send me rude unprofessional text messages that I would love for someone to see. From what I gathered this isn’t the 1st store that has had problems with her but since she’s in a romantic relationship with her boss the district manager Omar NOTHING is ever done! Needless to say I don’t work there ANYMORE and until something is done about this I will post on my social media platforms about her and unprofessional plus they DO NOT FOLLOW COVID 19 GUIDELINES.
Suggested solution:
Fire her! Take her bonus or demote her! Or all 3.
