My complaint:
I worked for dominos as a delivery driver for 19 months and during that time I went in on countless days off to bail them out because they are and were grossly understaffed. Never had any problems or reprimands. Never so much as a verbal warning for anything. During that 19 months they went through 5 General Managers. First one had to leave for a medical reason, 2nd moved, 3rd moved, 4th put in notice then left because of the ridiculous conditions. I should have left at the same time but I was foolish and met the 5th GM. Any issues I ever had I brought to his attention and he would always just verbally agree with me but would never do anything. After a few months he hired some of his friends and they all decided to team up on me and get rid of me. The sad thing is I actually respected him originally and even tried to help with organization and management of the store but his behavior became more erratic over the course of a few months. He had many stories of previous Cocaine use but I’m pretty sure that it’s really current use because he was constantly coming in late or making medical excuses to not show up and wouldn’t respond to texts or calls about needing help at the store. He’s barely over 30 and looks like he’s been awake for at least a few weeks. Always looked rough and sweating profusely even though it was kept at an icy cold 68 degrees inside. The last excuse was Covid and wouldn’t respond to calls or texts again. Then eventually after many nights being forced to stay until well after close I had enough and decided to leave at my scheduled off time and when I showed up for my next shift I had to hear it from someone else that I no longer had a job. I tried to reach him to verify and after 3 days of my calls and texts being ignored he finally responds via text. He tells me he’ll come talk to me in 10 minutes and 25 minutes later he shows up with his friend that works for another Dominos. I believe he is the GM of a different Dominos but I can’t verify that because nobody ever told me who he was and he most definitely never told me what position he held. All I knew was a first name. So first name asks me what I’m doing there then proceeds to tell me I no longer work there. As this happens, my GM can’t even look me in the eyes. He just stares at the ground. When I finally get him to look at me for all of 10 seconds he mentions something that was absolutely ridiculous so I knew it was time to go. I asked 1 final time if he was serious and only got a response from first name. The response first name gave me was 100%. I looked at my GM as he continued to stare at the ground and said ok and I left. I could go on for at least another 5,000 – 10,000 characters but then it would never stop.

Well, considering I definitely would never go back to work there I don't really care how they resolve the complaint. All I can say is I hope you get help before you overdose and die. I mean, dude how many times did we have what I would consider deep friend conversations? A lot. And how many times did I tell you when people screw me over I will NEVER let it go? Again, A lot! I considered you a friend and you treated me with disrespect and cowardice. I know some resources that can help you and I'm still willing to help but only after you admit your wrongdoing. If anyone reads this they probably think I'm so mad right now but I'm really not. I'm a little hurt by you stabbing me in my back but I'm not mad at all. Really you did me a favor because I should have left a long time ago. I'm much happier now. You and Dominos were sucking the life out of me and you should be ashamed of yourself. Please get help though because I don't want to read about you in the obituaries. I don't know what was or is going through your mind but I actually care about what happens to people. Especially people I considered my friend. I see there is a spot I can add pictures so I'm debating if I want to add our text conversations that span back to when you started but I'm not good with technology so I don't know how to convert it to a file I can attach here. The point is nowhere in any of the messages did you mention anything about me doing anything wrong or wanting me to do anything differently so it should be pretty clear that I didn't know this was coming. You were very convincing that we were friends though. You even picked up the hobby of card collecting from me. This was one of the strangest things that has ever happened to me.
