We ordered this evening $40 worth of food which was using a coupon for two medium pizzas with one topping each. We received the order about an hour after ordering we open what should have been a pepperoni pizza but it had NO cheese on it. I contact the store and spoke to what I would normally say was a young lady however she spoke to me very unprofessional so I asked for a manager who got on the phone by saying yeah, I had to then ask for his name twice which was Carlos I was very upset at this point told him he needs to speak to his employee about how she should address customers which he ignored asked what I wanted. I explained the pizza came with NO cheese he said that was your fault, that’s what you ordered. I then asked him if he thought it was normal for a pizza to be ordered like that and since we order from there all the time wouldn’t it have been good customer service to call the order was correct. Carlos continued to be unprofessional then hung up the phone on me. My husband called back spoke to a different person explained the circumstances again they did nothing to try to correct the order or provide any customer service again blamed me for ordering online. We will never order from Domino’s again I will be sure to share this story on Facebook Instagram because what ever happened to the customer is always right??? I have worked in customer service for over 25 years the way I was treated this evening by Domino’s would never be acceptable anywhere I previously worked. Looks like Papa John’s will be our new go to when ordering pizza online.
At the time of the order I just wanted a corrected pizza to feed my four kids however now after the way the employees and worst of all the beyond unprofessional manager, Carlos treated me I would expect a full refund of $37.43 that's without the tip because the driver still deserves that.
The attached picture has some shredded cheese that we added since I still had to feed the horrible pizza to my children anyway.
