My complaint:
This has happened twice to us in the past two weeks. We have ordered pizza from dominos and when we get the that our pizza is ready, we head to pick it up. We call letting them know we are there, since their lobby is closed. We have had to wait over 30 mins in the parking lot and called multiple times letting them know we were there.
Suggested solution:
Hire more people.
