My complaint:
I had placed an order at 8:23pm from my registered number 9769300165 order no 184
First of all i don’t get any update on the order. I have to call and ask about the status and after an hour the outlet calls me and tells me that it is their rule( i don’t know what rule not mentioned anywhere) that 30 mins free delivery is not available. I mean wow the outlet sets their own rule and on top of that the outlet guy has the balls to say shuld i cancel the order that too after waiting for an hour
Suggested solution:
As per the 30 min delivery garuntee i want my money to be refunded
