My complaint:
At 6:33 pm I ordered 2 large pizza’s an 2 liters of soda for $40.92 to be delivered to my Hotel. At 8:10 the pizza arrived. I have the delivery driver feel the bottom of the boxes after he removed them from the warmer bag. Both pizza’s were cold. I called the restaurant and the manager said they would give 12 refund. We ate a few pieces and threw the rest out as it was the worst pizza we have ever received from Dominoes.
I have waited a week and there still has been no refund to my account.
Suggested solution:
They should have followed through with their resolution of a refund.
