My complaint:

Domino’s Customer Service:

I’m requesting a refund due to this incorrect order and horrible service (order and store below).

1. The delivery driver Md failed to deliver the: 2-Liter Coke, 4 Ranch cups, 1 Garlic cup, and 2 Red Pepper packs. This is frustrating because I paid $4.05 tax for these sides advertised on your website that I did not receive for my order.

2. I used the $19.99 coupon, which charged me $22.99 for all the offerings (did the math on Excel). I paid $3.00 tax more than your ad:
Coupon Used: 2 Medium 1-Topping Pizzas, 16-piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 8 Piece Cinnamon Twists and a 2 Liter of Coke for $19.99

3. The delivery order was not timely, and arrived after the promised 21-31 minutes.

Due to this wrong order, and being over-charged $3.00 $4.05 the coke tax, I would like you to correct this wrong and refund the order.
