My complaint:
I had placed an order for a regular-sized Chicken Dominator Pizza and a Choco Lava Cake(Order No.-254) on 31st of December. However, the Choco Lava Cake was missing and the delivery guy, whose name was Rahul Khan assured that another guy would deliver it, but that never happened. Also, this isn’t the first time that this has happened. I tried calling the store, but no one responded. It’s frustrating at times when you don’t get your order completely delivered. The service is just getting worse day by day and the quality of the Pizzas too. Very very disappointed with a brand like Domino’s. Also, in my opinion, one should order from Swiggy or Zomato and not via the Domino’s app; at least their customer support executives are very responsive and make sure that the issue is solved immediately.
Suggested solution:
At least refund the amount for the undelivered item. That's the least one can do.
