My complaint:

I ordered a pizza at 9:40 pm at store 4358 order 171. My pizza has been in quality control for the last 30 minutes so I call to find out what’s up. The gentleman I speak to says that my pizza is going to be another 30 minutes and for all that I have to work in the morning and I can grab something from McDonald’s for much less. I asked if I could have a refund or be compensated and they told me that I can’t. He was polite but basically felt like a middle finger with a smile if that makes sense.
