My complaint:

Sir,
I had ordered a Pizza from your mobile app and it showed me 40 mins delivery gurantee but my order wasn’t delivered on time infact it was delivered more than an hour late. When i asked the delivery executive to deliver it free as your company claims but he didn’t deliver the Pizza and talked to me very rudely which is not acceptable from a brand like yours but if this continues to exist your brand value will diminish and now i feel really sorry to say that but now i don’t feel like ordering anything from a brand like yours which neither fulfill their own commitment nor provide the customer with proper help care for complaining any such issue being a customer of yours for the past 6-7 years these experiences are repetitive and now it has made me feel like quitting your brand forever and this complaint is to make you realise that losing customers will affect you sooner or later but it will one day.

Suggested solution:

By providing proper help support and keeping a proper chain of command for fulfilling the company's promises.
