My complaint:
I placed an order using Uber eats. And I didn’t receive my order even after 2hours. I tried cancelling my order using uber eats app, I couldn’t cancel it either. I read all the FAQs and stuffs, apparently Dominos uses its own delivery people to deliver the food. I don’t know should I blame uber eats or dominos for this incident. I didn’t receive my order and I’ve paid AUD$42 for that.
Suggested solution:
I need refund or any coupon for the order that I didn’t receive till the next day. This incident happened in Dominos, West End, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
