My complaint:
I went to pick up an order; and the employee making the pizza was grabbing the dough from a container with no globes, took his cell phone looked at the screen placed back to his pocket and then without having washed his hands started knead the dough like nothing is happening.
Suggested solution:
Have the employees leave their phones in a locker or office while they are working; and have family to call to the store if any emergency.
