My complaint:
On Friday, August 7, 2020 at 6:45 pm I called Dominos Pizza located at 3377 Hwy 9 E, Little River, SC 29566. A gentleman answered phone Dominos Little River, I gave him my name, address and contact number then placed an order for the special of two medium pizzas, two toppings for 5.99. My order was for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza totalling $17.49. I was told 30 to 40 minutes. The background was very noisy as well, difficult to hear. I thanked him and hung up. I waited an appropriate time to call back when I didn’t receive the pizzas, a young lady answered, i explained that I placed an order at 6:45 but have not received it yet, she asked my name, told me to hold, talked to someone who then came on phone, asked me my name and telephone number, i gave it, then I was told there’s not an order under my name or number he eventually hung up on me
Suggested solution:
They can't, I rarely eat take out, I decided to since they deliver and are so close by, it's the weekend and I wanted a change but I was basically called a liar and was hung up on when I asked what happened to the orde. No apology, no empathy, no customer service
