Husband called and ordered 2 pizza’s. Hawiian and chicken bacon ranch. and bread bites and soda. instead we got chicken, sausage, tomato and red peppers,bbq sauce and chicken. I called to inform our order was wrong, the gentleman tried to hurry me off the phone and wasn’t going to let me explain about both pizza’s being wrong. I spoke up and he said they will remake and wanted both pizza’s back. I said that was fine. I called right back and said we were bring them in because I didn’t appreciate his attitude when he spoke with me. He called me back to tell me I was wrong he wasn’t rude and that they would remake the order. We drove to store and my husband went in. The woman at the counter told him that’s how they make the pizza’s that we ordered and was not remaking or taking them back. I grabbed my pizza which was not a hawiian and she told me the same thing. I said I have problems every time we do delivery. We just ordered 2 weeks before I order same thing every time and brought me alfredo bead bowl and I never have ordered that. Always primavera. I always to to call and give heads up so another customer doesn’t get our order and then they have 2 customers upset. She said she wasn’t excepting it back I said I’m not taking it I want my refund. She said where is all the order I said I don’t want that I won’t eat it. Still refused, so I said I will never give them business again and she said good. She asked how I paid said cash. She gave me $12 back and I left.
Gentleman should never call back to tell a customer they are wrong when they express they were rude on phone. Also don't tell customer this is how we makw pizza and tell them they have stores confused when you order on line and it clearly says ham and pineapple with bbq sauce
