My complaint:

I placed my order at 8:23 pm online. I was promised the order would be ready at 8:33 pm. I asked for car pickup and that the order be placed on the passenger seat. When I arrived at 8:30 pm to the store. The app said the food was being quality checked. I however did not receive my food until 8:56 pm. On the app I stated what color and type of car I was arriving in but the worker came out with a pizza and asked rudely what I was there for. I stated a pickup. He again rudely said well what name. Why am I forced to enter all the information on the app if they are not even going to take the time and look at it. Plus they were not busy there were no customers inside or outside waiting besides me. Once brought out he handed it to me instead of placing it on my passenger seat. Then when I arrived home with the food and I only live two minutes from that domino’s the food was ice cold and I was not given the extra dipping sauces that I paid for.

Suggested solution:

I feel they should remake my food as well as reimburse me my full money or give me a credit. I have never had such poor service.
